About the Role:
Hydraulink is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative Trainee to join our Hornby team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, prepared, and dispatched accurately.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and keen to grow their career within the business, with opportunities to move into branch service, customer service, or mobile hydraulic sales and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, cut, and dispatch customer orders accurately using RF scanners
• Operate a forklift and manage stock movement safely
• Replenish pick shelves and maintain bulk stock levels
• Receive, put away, and manage incoming stock
• Support stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and dispatch customer stock orders

What You Bring:

• Warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
