At Hydraulink, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products, service, and support to our customers, backed by great people and strong relationships. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), based in Penrose.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering our annual marketing plan and supporting the wider business through effective communication, brand leadership, and practical marketing solutions. This role works closely with teams across the business and external partners to ensure our marketing adds real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the annual marketing plan across the organisation
- Maintain and strengthen Hydraulink’s brand and corporate identity
- Plan and oversee advertising programmes, merchandising, and product packaging
- Lead web and digital strategies, ensuring platforms are current, effective, and user-friendly
- Manage sponsorship strategies and relationships
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral and campaigns
- Manage external advertising, media, and PR agencies to ensure quality and consistency
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and external events from concept through to execution
About You
- Proven experience in a marketing management role
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to both plan and deliver
- Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
