About the Role:
Hydraulink is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Penrose operations. You’ll be hands-on, managing inventory, production schedules, and warehouse workflow while driving improvements across the team and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and takes pride in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 12 (permanent and casual) to deliver high performance and safety excellence
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, production, and dispatch
- Manage inventory and transactions using PRONTO system
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow to meet operational targets
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
- Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory levels, and productivity
What You Bring
- Proven experience in warehouse leadership
- Experience with PRONTO or similar ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and workflow
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement
