Hydraulink is looking for a Branch Service Technician to support our branch operations and mobile service vehicles, ensuring top-tier service delivery and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. As a key part of our Service Centre team, your day-to-day will include:

• Processing and managing customer orders
• Picking, packing, and dispatching products
• Manufacturing hydraulic hoses for walk-in customers
• Participating in regular stocktakes
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Following company procedures and safety standards at all times

You’ll also have the opportunity to train and transition into a Mobile Sales & Service Technician role, working directly with our customers on-site – if that’s a path you want to pursue!

What We’re Looking For:

• Some knowledge of hydraulics is great – but not essential
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Quick learner with a strong eye for detail and process accuracy
• Physically fit – this role involves some heavy lifting
• Flexible with working hours – including Saturday mornings on a roster
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills
• A valid, clean driver’s licence
