We are looking for a Branch Service Technician to support our branch operations and mobile service vehicles, ensuring top-tier service delivery and operational excellence.
What you will be doing
This is a full-time, permanent role with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. As a key part of our Service Centre team, your day-to-day will include:
- Manufacturing of hydraulic hoses
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Processing and managing customer orders
- Picking, packing and dispatching product
- Managing stock accuracy and ensuring effective levels of stock are available
- Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times
You will also have the opportunity to train and transition into a Mobile Sales & Service Technician role, working directly with our customers on-site – if that’s a path you want to pursue!
What we are looking for
- Some knowledge of hydraulics and good mechanical aptitude
- Trade Counter / Sales & Service experience with a willingness to learn
- Quick learner with a strong eye for detail and process accuracy
- Physically fit – this role involves some heavy lifting
- Some Saturday mornings might be required
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Advantage if you have ERP experience
- A valid driver’s licence
Someone who has Health & Safety Representative experience or is interested in this area would be a definite advantage.
