About You:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager with:

  • Leadership experience to effectively lead and develop the customer service team.
  • Hose and fittings knowledge highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience with Pronto desirable. 
  • Strong reporting capabilities - Excel based. 
  • Passion for delivering impeccable customer service every time.
  • Strong inter-personal skills with all internal and external stakeholders.
